This accommodation comprises of 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, living room, Western-style kitchen is fully equipped, all en-suite with ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king-sized beds, 4 singles, and 1 queen-sized bed.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king-sized four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. The remaining 6 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Sliding double doors take you directly onto the sun terrace and allow access to the private swimming pool.

The ground floor is specifically designed to offer a two bedroom semi self-contained area. This area comprises of bedrooms 5, 6 & 7, and a spacious second living room, boasting another 42″ flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV, as well as a pool table.

Returning upstairs, you will find the large main living room, with 50″ flat screen TV, DVD player (plus selection of movies) and cable TV with over 30 channels, as well as a bluetooth music system.

The villa also offers wireless internet access, as well as an office with a desk and laptop computer. There is also a landline telephone.

Located less than a 10 minute walk to Nai Harn Beach, where there are a good selection of restaurants and bars.

Rates per night in $USD: 800 to 1 400
Rates per night in THB: 28 000 to 49 000

Rates include daily cleaning available from 8:30am – 5pm

a). A deposit payment of 50% of the total due will be required upon the confirmation of a reservation. An invoice will be send, including the bank details.

b). The balance payment is due no later then 30 days prior to guests arrival and 45 days prior to guests arrival in the X-mas – NY period.
c). All payments are required to be made by bank transfer net of all charges.
d). Rates are subject to change without prior notice and are based on the maximum capacity as noted in the schedule, including children.
e). Continental Breakfast is 8USD / 250THB per person per day, Fruit Juice, Coffee/Tea , Croissants, Toast, Jam Butter and Fruit

f). A Thai Cook is provided for 32USD / 1,000THB per evening for up to 14 Guests; 14 Guests and above require 2 x Cooks @ 32USD-1,000THB each

g). All rates incudes 10% Service Charge and VAT at prevailing Government rate (currently 7%)
h). The villa is subject to a CASH security deposit of 600USD / 20000 baht, 900USD / 30000 baht for 8/9 Bedroom Villas (or equivalent Cash Security Deposit in Guest’s Home Currency)
i). We offer one return airport transfer to our 3 & 4 bedroom villa. 6/7/8/9 bedroom villas on full occupancy, we offer two return airport transfers.
j). Baby cots and high chairs are provided free of charge on request
