Those rates include: water, cleaning once a week (change of bedsheets and towels also), internet. It excludes: Electricity (5thb/unit) and extra cleanings (2000 thb per time).

Long term rental rate

This villa can be rented for a year or more at the rate of 150 000 THB / month including pool and garden maintenance. Excluding utilities like electricity, water and internet.
