6TH Within 7 days after the developer notify the date of villa 9%
inspection for defects before villa completion and move in
7TH Within 7 days after the developer notify the date of registration 1%
of transfer of ownership to buyer
1.Reservation Deposit is non-refundable
2.Price including swimming pool, landscape garden (grass), air conditioning, built-in closet and Italian Brand Fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, hood, sink and refrigerator)
3.Prices do not include power and water meter connection fees (app. 15,000 THB)
4.Common area fee 38 THB per sq.m (built-up area) and payable 2 years in advance. Service including garbage collection, electric water bill (common), road and garden cleanliness maintain, 24-hour security guard, CCTV security camera, Club house with restaurant, common swimming pool, gym and a shuttle bus 4 times a day to beaches, shopping mall.
5.All relevant Taxes, Stamp Duty, Land and Building Transfer Fee 50/50 between buyer and seller
6.Sinking fund 50,000 THB. One time payment. Sinking fund is not paid to the developer but it is reserved fund manage by owner’s committee
