Rates do not include:

– Electricity at 6 Baht/unit (estimate 100 – 300 Baht/day depending on air-con usage)

A safety deposit of 30 000 THB as to be paid at check in to get the keys. Payable in the currency of your choice. It will be returned at the end of your stay if nothing is damaged.
