No vis-à-vis, lots of greenery, a beautiful lawn well maintained by the house gardener and sports equipments (included in the price) which will allow you to keep in shape during your holidays (elliptical trainer, dumbbells, yoga mats, exercise ball, skipping rope, badminton, water games, etc.).

This villa is private, so it is a private pool and garden in the heart of a modern, clean and very quiet small development.
