This Villa is located on the south- western tip of the tropical island of Phuket within 3 minutes drive, or a 10 minute walk of Nai Harn beach.

This luxury property, comprising of 200sqm under roof, is set in a private development, unobstructed views and a tranquil environment for guests looking for ideal indoor/outdoor living.

The master bedroom suite has a king-size four-poster bed, built-in wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and bath. Sliding double doors take you directly onto the sun deck and into the private swimming pool.

Bedroom 2 also has a king-size bed, and bedroom 3 has twin 3.5′ single beds. Both of these bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and sliding doors opening onto the sun deck, and they share a spacious family bathroom with double basins and a large walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has its own en-suite bathroom and large bunk beds (queen size bed below, with single bunk above).

In the large living room, with ample seating on a huge leather sofa, you can relax and watch the 50″ flat screen television with DVD player and cable TV. Alternatively, you can dine on delicious Thai food at the 10-seater dining room table. The open plan, fully-fitted Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet your every need. Again the living room opens directly onto the swimming pool, and looks at nothing but open space and green trees.

This contains a second dining table seating 8 and BBQ, making it ideal for al fresco dining.

With great attention to detail, the villa is tastefully furnished in dark teak, with a large leather sofa for all guests to relax on, complimented by cream and red soft furnishings.

a). A deposit payment of 50% of the total due will be required upon the confirmation of a reservation. An invoice will be send, including the bank details.
b). The balance payment is due no later then 30 days prior to guests arrival and 45 days prior to guests arrival in the X-mas – NY period.
c). All payments are required to be made by bank transfer net of all charges.
d). Rates are subject to change without prior notice and are based on the maximum capacity as noted in the schedule, including children.
e). Continental Breakfast is 8USD / 250THB per person per day, Fruit Juice, Coffee/Tea , Croissants, Toast, Jam Butter and Fruit
f). A Thai Cook is provided for 32USD / 1,000THB per evening for up to 14 Guests; 14 Guests and above require 2 x Cooks @ 32USD-1,000THB each
g). All rates incudes 10% Service Charge and VAT at prevailing Government rate (currently 7%)
h). The villa is subject to a CASH security deposit of 600USD / 20000 baht, 900USD / 30000 baht for 8/9 Bedroom Villas (or equivalent Cash Security Deposit in Guest’s Home Currency)
i). We offer one return airport transfer to our 3 & 4 bedroom villa.
j). Baby cots and high chairs are provided free of charge on request
k). Xmas/New Year period require 10 night minimum for this period can be negotiated.
