For investor, a 7% yearly rental guarantee is possible for the 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom 53.5 sq.m. apartment with full pre-payment. Few apartment are coming with private pool. Both Foreign freehold ownership and leasehold option are available

South condo 

The south condo will be only 20 meters to Rawai Beach. It benefits from the same infrastructure of the North condo above. It will have a total of 108 premium apartments, available with both leasehold and Foreign freehold ownership. Several layouts are available ranging from studio to 3 bedroom apartments:
