• The dining table has seating for ten. There are two cheap chairs in storage that can be added.
• There are no interior hallways and all rooms have outside entrances.
• Every room has individual air conditioning and fans. Most of the air conditioning is built-in.
• The living room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open it up to the pool deck.
• BBQ grill that can be brought up to the deck if the guests want it.
• All rooms have WiFi internet.

Booking: Booking deposit is minimum 30% to secure reservation. Balance payment to be paid a minimum 30-day bedore arrival.

Security deposit: from US$1,000 to US$3,000 depending the booking specificities (or equivalent in other currency) due upon check-in in cash or at the same time as balance payment and fully refundable upon check-out.

Cancellation: Deposit payment and balance payment are non-refundable unless another booking can be confirmed on the same dates for the same rates. Guests keep the amount paid as credit during one year with the possibility to schedule an another stay. Guests are required to send a detailed email with their reason for cancellation as soon as possible. It is highly recommended that guests purchase an insurance policy.
