Family-Friendly Accommodation

The residence can accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children, with additional space for one domestic helper or nanny.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The children’s bedroom includes two bunk beds and is reserved for children. A separate air-conditioned utility room with a single bed is available for a helper if required.

This is a private family residence rather than a hotel, so concierge services are not provided. Essential property assistance is available when required.

Minimum stay: 30 nights. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults, 4 children and 1 helper/nanny. Quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted.

Seasonal Rental Rates

Monthly rental rates are seasonal and vary depending on the period and length of stay. As a general indication, rates are positioned around THB 200,000–250,000 per month for mid- to long-term stays.
