Holiday rental rates are quoted in American Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT and 1% provincial room tax. Rates in USD may change at anytime depending on USD / THB exchange rate. A 30 day minimum stay is required.

The rate includes one round trip airport transfer, welcome starter package, staff with one resident cook and one resident maid for up to 10 hours per day, Linens changed every 3 days and towels changed daily.
